Your Ultimate Hotel & Film Location
A 5 acre property, rich with history and more importantly, high ceilings, 420 parking stalls and an airplane hanger sized atrium. Two kitchens, 150 hotel rooms, a pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar and the best part? No guests. Our hotel closed in 2018 and remains open to production companies.
Set off of the highway and just north of the U.S./Canada border crossing, there is no better location to film at. The only thing reminiscent of an occupied hotel is the superior service level and flexibility that our site liaisons provide.
Come be inspired.
As a closed hotel, we offer the layout and space needed to create a huge variety of settings without the need to work around the public or guests. We are not just a hotel. This 1992, asbestos-free building was designed as anything but traditional.
Crew Park and Circus
With 420 parking stalls, including 60 underground, we can accommodate your transport needs, in a fenced and contained environment off of highway 99 and King George, allowing for privacy and flexible move in and out.
Our unique layout and skyroof atrium allow you to set up lights and rigging just like a studio. Options are endless in this large space with 100 ft ceilings.
COVID Safe Site Visits for Productions allow the flexibility to scout this private property and envision your script and logistics.
We would love to add you to our list!
