Cancellation Policy

Tickets cannot be redeemed for credit or any other benefits. No refunds, transfers or credits once the ticket has been purchased. Tickets can be reserved with credit cards, and then paid for in cash at the door. If you choose this option, your credit card will be charged upon booking, and you will need to email krista@fountanagroup.com or request cash payment once you are at the door. Your credit card payment will be reversed upon receipt of cash at the event and it will take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card. Credit card fees from your bank may apply.

Terms & Conditions:

Tickets include entry for one person, ages 13+ over, except paranormal packages which include 10 person per package.

A COVID-19 waiver must be completed upon entrance.

Participation, Release of Liability Waiver must be completed and submitted prior to the event.

PHOTO ID and/or proof of age is required.

Please be advised that we do not have indoor washrooms. A portable restroom is available outside with a handwash station.

Clear bags only, not backpacks or bags that cannot be seen through.

No food, drink, alcohol, SMOKING or drugs allowed on premises.

Staff & Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

Zero tolerance policy towards unauthorized drugs use, weapons and towards any type of lewd or obscene behaviour. Otherwise, your ticket will be voided and participation in the event will be terminated immediately..

Staff & Management reserve the right to a security inspection of bags. Refusal to open bags will result in refusal of entry.

No animals permitted on site (contact within for service animals, compassionate animals are not permitted, however).

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures:

Personal face masks must be brought and worn at all times.

Social distancing will be mandatory on property.

Touchless entry into building will be provided.

Temperature checks will be taken at check in.

No more than 50 persons allowed in the Pacific Inn Hotel at one time.

Mandatory COVID screening and consent form will be required to fill out.

Lines will be staged outside, please be prepared for the weather.

The entrance and exits are clearly marked, please follow directional signage.

If you are ill and display signs of COVID -19 you will not be permitted into the building.

Guests will not be allowed on tour if they have been outside of Canada in the last 14 days. A safe place for visitors to dispose of used masks and other personal protective equipment will be provided.
