Includes rental of entire 5 -acre property, 200,000 sq ft building (minus liaison office and guestrooms under maintenance), 420 parking stalls, 60 underground parking stalls, up to 150 guestrooms, penthouse suite with bar, 3000 sq foot outdoor garden space, 20,000 sq ft of meeting/banquet hall space, atrium with glass skylight, indoor pool and hot tub, six storefronts, restaurant area, bar and two kitchens/morgue sets, 24-hour remote surveillance monitoring, and interior motion sensor alarm. ***Price does not include water usage, electricity, or liaison fees, insurance (required) and necessary permit applications.
